As a result, partners will get to own the complete customer lifecycle through direct billing, provisioning, management, and support. On the revenue side, partners who have converted their licenses to CSP will see their margins increase from 4% with Advisor to 9.1% with CSP. Any “renewal license” that currently exists with Advisor also shifts to “auto renewal subscription” as well, which means partners don’t need to hunt down customers for payment on a year-to-year basis.
Alongside being able to leverage the CSP program, Ingram Micro will also provide free L2 support to resellers when purchasing O365 CSP. L1 customer support will also be available for a fee.
